Each session is customized based on your specific needs. Massage treatments include:

Modalities: Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports massage/PNF /stretching, Prenatal, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Thai Yoga

Add-ons (included): CBD oil, cupping therapy, and aromatherapy

*Pricing is for 60/90/120 minutes

Lymphatic drainage massage

$90/$125

A gentle technique that facilitates your body's own healing processes through stimulating your lymphatic system. Recommended for detoxification, reducing swelling & inflammation, boosting the immune system & recovery from illness.*I am Klose Training Certified- the gold standard for Lymphatic Drainage.

Hot stone massage

$120/$150/$190

Heated stones are paired with massage and oil to melt away tension and soften the tissues.This causes your blood vessels to open up, resulting in improved circulation. Poor circulation can cause fatigue, chronic tension and causes a buildup of fluid and lactic acid in the muscles. Ultimate relaxation in any season!

I understand that our body, mind, and spirit function at their best when we release fear, stagnation and allow our energy to flow freely. My services focus on clearing stagnation from the tissues and addressing chronic tension in the body to achieve better function, harmony, and ease. My integrative approach is based on your goals, needs, and how you arrive on the table that day.


My passion lies in creating a sanctuary for my clients – a space where you can unwind, recover, reset from the rigors of daily life, and be uniquely you.
